4/26--Part One of OrchidFire's "Atlantis" story is ready and there is a new Stargate Stars Gallery currently under construction here, you can stop by and see a few pictures from the cast's other work (currently, I only have a few Richard Dean Anderson pictures, but I hope to add more pics of the rest of the cast soon).

4/22--I have a couple of messages to pass along. First is a VCR alert for Michael Shanks fans: "Rising Sun", his episode of the t.v. show 'The Commish' is scheduled to run next week on the Lifetime Network (check your local listings, tentative schedule is April 30/May 1). Thanks for the alert, Cathy. :) Got a VCR alert you'd like to share with the fans? I will be happy to post it here.

The second message comes from a viewer in the Netherlands. If you are a viewer of the station Veronica / VOO in the Netherlands, Stargate, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, and Xena: Warrior Princess have been cancelled by this station. Efforts to get the shows back on the air are now underway. If you would like to email Veronica / VOO at PV@rtlveronica.nl, please do so. If you have questions about the letter campaign to save these shows, send me your email address and I will forward it to the group that is organizing the campaign. And don't forget to visit the Gatecon webpage (see above) for the latest news about efforts to make the Stargate SG-1 convention happen!

4/12--ANOTHER URGENT GATECON MESSAGE: Okay, folks, now the kind people who are trying to put this together have set THE END OF APRIL as the deadline for their efforts to pull together the GATECON. So, let's get those letters into the mail THIS WEEK if we want to hear back from the powers that be by the end of this month!!!

4/12--ATTENTION STARGATE FANS: The folks who are attempting to put together GATECON, the International Stargate SG-1 Convention need your help. We need to show the folks at MGM, Showtime, and Stargate Productions that there are many people interested in attending such an event. If you would like to see this convention become a reality, please take some time to write to the cast and especially the producers of "Stargate SG-1" at:

Tell them who you are, where you are from, and that you would like to see GATECON become a reality and, most importantly, let them know that *you* would attend. Don't be afraid to be creative--send them Stargate-themed cards (Egyptian artwork, for example) or other attention-catching cards and stationary. Above all else, remember courtesy and persistence is the best avenue to making our convention a reality. Also, if you are in the United States, you might also drop some emails to Showtime & MGM's Stargate site here expressing interest in seeing a Stargate convention and specifically asking who at MGM and Showtime you should contact about such a convention. One last request, if anyone can help Gatecon locate an email address or fax number for Stargate Productions, Gekko, Double Secret Productions, or Showtime, please visit their website (see link above) and drop them an email. Remember, the convention won't happen unless the *fans* make it happen.

4/5--Better late than never (g). By numerous requests, the review for "The Serpent's Lair" is finally posted. Enjoy and thanks to everyone who emailed to ask for it. VCR alert for Richard Dean Anderson fans: Lifetime network in the U.S. is running "Through the Eyes of a Killer" on April 22.
